Altitude is the perfect combination of networking, business roundtables and socializing with peers. The opportunity to engage with a small group of business leaders in a casual, yet focused environment was unique to other conferences.  Sharing of ideas was encouraged and the atmosphere felt collaborative and safe.  I hope to bring an emerging leader to the next gathering and share the benefits of peer-to-peer relationships with them.
